Nuclear Engineering Undergraduate Curriculum

Curriculum
The Bachelor of Science degree in Nuclear Engineering requires 132 semester hours of course work in Chemical and Nuclear Engineering in addition to related math, physics, computer science and chemistry courses. Also included in the curriculum are School of Engineering approved courses required to fulfill UNM Core Curriculum.

The BS degree in Nuclear Engineering is accredited by the Engineering Accreditation Commission of the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology.

Advising
Students in the School of Engineering are required to meet with the faculty advisor and department Advising Coordinator prior to registering each semester.
